rental rate for this Fiji Island vacation property of $550 US per week includes
pickup and delivery from and to the local airstrip and the complete attention of

The cottage is situated approximately one
mile from the local airport and a ten minute drive from Savusavu town. It is located
on five gently sloping acres and the lagoon is a 100 meter stroll from the bottom of this coconut covered
paradise. When in season, Papaya, Coconuts, Mangos and Guava can be picked directly
from trees right outside the front door. This Fiji accommodation has superior furnishings and
amenities.
Fiji is the soft coral capital of the
world. Crystal clear water and an abundance of marine creatures including turtles, sharks
and brightly colored fish inhabit local reefs. Scuba diving can be arranged with a local
dive operator. A rainforest dominates the area around Savusavu, offering
hiking opportunities to discover exotic plants such as wild orchids and tree
ferns. Both adults and kids can enjoy snorkeling in the lagoon, reef walks at low
tide, or visiting with locals in the nearby villages. Take the kayak
and leisurely paddle on the lagoon to the Cousteau Resort, and maybe even picnic
on one of the islands. Visitors to Fiji are met with the ever present Bula
("Welcome!"), and a friendly smile - this is the trademark of the
Fijian people. Whoever takes the time and makes the effort is in for a
once-in-a-lifetime experience. Savusavu is truly a hidden
paradise....
